Bru - A term of affection, shortened from Afrikaans broer, meaning "brother". An example would be "Hey, my bru, howzit?"
Terms & Conditions
1 The Purchaser undertakes to indemnify the Seller and hold the Seller harmless in respect of any claims however arising out of or due to negligence or default by any servant or an agent of the Purchaser.
2 The Seller will make every effort to ensure that goods are available at the time stated on any order; notwithstanding the aforegoing, late delivery shall not invalidate this contract nor render the Seller liable for any damages howsoever arising.
3 Ownership in the said goods sold in terms hereof shall only pass to the Purchaser upon the entire purchase price and any other amounts owing in terms hereof having been paid to the Seller.
4 Terms are strictly payment on receipt of goods, except where goods are dispatched via a third party delivery service. In this instance payment is strictly in advance.
5 The Seller does not undertake deliveries. Any deliveries via a third party are for the Purchaserís account, and all losses will be borne by the Purchaser.
6 Claims for shortages, breakages or perishables will not be entertained, where a third party delivery service has been utilised.
7 In the event of any pricing dispute, between displayed pricing; whether in-store, via a pricelist, an email, displayed on the website, or other; the lowest observable price will be applied.
