Boerewors - Sosatie Coil
Boerewors is prepared according to an age old Boer recipe, packaged in a traditional coil. The Sosatie variety has a traditional Malaysian Sosatie (kebab) flavour

Boerewors is made from coarsely minced beef and pork, and mixed with a secret blend of spices. It is preserved with salt and vinegar only, and packed in sausage casings.

According to South Africans, no braai (barbeque) is complete without at least one coil of boerewors on the grill.
